Emergency Shelter is available for up to 30 days in a 6-month period.

Eligibility

You are living or involved with someone who hurts you physically.

You have recently been physically abused and feel you are in immediate danger of further abuse.

You are being threatened by someone who has abused you in the past.

You are being threatened by someone you think will carry out the threats.

Priority is given to victims in immediate life-threatening situations.

Housing Program Policies

Housing program policies of the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County are designed to assure the safety and comfort of all. Clients are expected to follow these policies and to work toward achieving the goals set in their individual goal plans.
