Phase IV Independent Housing Program  (available for 2 years)

Community-based units for survivors and their children.
On-site Support Services (case management, life-skills development, support groups, counseling, legal services, etc)

Day care is available on site.

Eligibility
You must have at least 2 dependent children living with you.
You must be able to demonstrate the desire to achieve self-sufficiency.

Housing program policies of the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County are designed to assure the safety and comfort of all. Clients are expected to follow these policies and to work toward achieving the goals set in their individual goal plans.
